This package includes our most blissful and sleep-inducing treatment “Relax and sleep treatment”   Carefully applied pressures relieve key areas of tension, whilst award-winning essential oil blend sedates, calms and grounds you to induce a serious state of relaxation to enhance the treatment guests will be gifted an additional Aromatherapy Associates sleep mist, eye mask and a blend of night-time tea to further relax and calm the mind before lights out.

During your stay as well as spa luxury – our nature trail beckons, 220 acres of meadowland to explore and indulge the senses as well as enjoying the freshest of Cotswold air, sure to reset the circadian rhythm – the power of nature allows the mind to be calm and, in the moment – “bee watching “ is known to be beneficial and akin to meditation… as they emit their trance like buzz.  Join our Beekeeper, Martin from Knights Beekeeping and get up close and personal with our hives and learn more about how important bees and pollinators are to our planet and our lives.
