Dr. Neil Stanley is a freelance sleep expert and author of ‘How to Sleep Well’. He has been involved in sleep research for 36 years starting his career at the Neurosciences Division of the R.A.F. Institute of Aviation Medicine.
In this compelling talk Dr. Neil Stanley explains how most sleep problems can be solved with a bit of self-adjustment; identifying the root causes of sleep issues and how to cut them off at the source. How to Sleep Well will help users create a healthy, calming bedtime routine to get the rest they need to live better and be more productive.
