The main thing we want you to do when visiting Calcot & Calcot Spa is to relax, revel in the gorgeous surroundings and let our attentive staff take care of your every need. Our Conservatory restaurant in Gloucestershire has been designed with that in mind, flooded with natural daylight from big windows with breathtaking views of the surrounding grounds and our conservatory ceiling which means you can always be making the most of the sunshine. The restaurant itself features elegant decor and tasteful details which only add to the atmosphere and a tempting seasonal menu with only the freshest locally sourced ingredients.
With dishes such as whole Dover sole with wilted spinach and Jersey Royal potatoes with mint, parsley and lemon butter, to herb-crusted rack of local lamb with jabron potatoes, spring carrots, French beans and crispy sweetbreads, not forgetting Richard’s marinated beef fillet ‘on the bone’ cooked in the wood-burning stove, choosing from our menu isn’t easy. For our vegetarian guests, we delight in surprising you with delicious and unusual dishes such as peppered couscous with vegetable bhajis, aubergine & chilli chutney and wild garlic flat bread.
Our wine list is simple, unimposing, yet exciting. You’ll be sure to find something to suit your palette and if you’re having trouble selecting a wine, our team will be more than happy to recommend a wine that will perfectly suit your menu choice.
